We primarily build across Baldwin County, Alabama and nearby rural areas.
The barndominiums we build are hybrid-style, usually post-frame with metal trusses and traditional finishes. Structurally, they’re different from a stick-built home, but they’re still fully custom and built to last. You get the open layout and land-forward style of a barndo, but with the quality and finish of a true custom home.
Absolutely. You can have everything from vaulted ceilings and custom kitchens to high-end trim, it’s just about how you want to build it.
A barndo can be cheaper, if you keep it simple. Once you start adding upgrades and high-end finishes, it’ll cost about the same as a custom home. It just depends on how you build it.
Most full builds take 6–10 months from the time we break ground, depending on size, weather, and materials.
The earlier the better. Even if you’re still finalizing land or plans, we can help guide the process and get you in line for scheduling.
Yes, we’ll walk your property with you and help plan placement, grading, utilities, and orientation to get the most out of your land.
